An award-winning communications company is seeking a motivated Editor to lead content creation for training and educational materials. This is a hands-on role with scope to influence strategy, manage projects end-to-end, and develop the next generation of editorial talent.



What You'll Be Doing


Writing, editing, and adapting content across digital, video, and print platforms


Planning and commissioning content from expert writers and managing the editorial workflow


Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure content meets strategic requirements


Collaborating with designers and agencies on innovative digital media projects


Providing day-to-day guidance, feedback, and support to junior editorial staff


Overseeing administrative tasks and supporting the wider editorial team



What You'll Bring


At least 2 years' journalistic or creative writing experience, ideally with communications exposure


Strong digital expertise and confidence in working with designers and agencies


Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines


Clear and confident communication skills, with experience liaising with senior stakeholders


Proficiency in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, XD)


Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Projects) is desirable
