ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a key member of the Audible Editorial team you will bring creativity and innovation to increase customer awareness and discovery for the diverse range of audio entertainment on Audible.co.uk. You will be responsible for driving customer engagement, attracting new members and delighting existing members with captivating copy, innovative merchandising techniques and smart improvements to the customer browse experience. The position is open through a 12 months contract.

As an Editorial & Customer Engagement Manager, you will...
- Manage, plan, coordinate and execute product selection and merchandising with goals of driving revenue and amplifying customer engagement
- Conceive and write editorial features and promotional copy leveraging product expertise for on-site and email promotions and programs, maintaining standards and creativity of Audible\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s Editorial Voice
- Develop and implement bold, creative promotions and programs, and special projects
- Liaise and partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Customer Support, Product, and Content) to bring these experiences and functionalities to market
- Work with marketing and operational teams to ensure that member merchandising communication goals are met
- Build promotional pages and incentives via systems tools
- Execute merchandising plans across multiple surfaces (Audible site, app, blog and email)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience in online marketing/merchandising
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office
- Experience with digital analytics programs
- Basic HTML skills & general understanding of web development

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong organisational & communication skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Professional experience ideally in an online, retail, e-commerce environment, in journalism or publishing
- Passion for books and audiobooks
- Experience working with international teams
- Bachelor\'s degree
