Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our
Education and Qualifications Team
. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of our Qualifications Framework, ensuring all administrative processes are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, a passion for organisation, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, handling telephone enquiries and monitoring the shared email inbox to ensure timely responses.. You will support the coordination of exam cycles and training offerings, organise meetings and make travel and accommodation arrangements as well as liaise with examiners, moderators, members, and candidates. You will also contribute to project work and provide flexible support as required to meet the evolving needs of the team.
The ideal candidate will be an organised and proactive individual with previous experience in an administrative role. They will be confident using Microsoft Office applications and will possess the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently using their own initiative, they will approach their work with accuracy and attention to detail.
CTSI has embraced remote and flexible working and as such, this role is mainly remote, with IT and DSE equipment provided. However, we are hybrid with our Head Office in Basildon, Essex, and expectations are for all staff to attend for mandatory meetings, usually once per month. There may be occasions where other travel is necessary but this will be communicated in advance.
