The Faculty of Life Sciences (FLS) Education Administration and Student Experience (EASE) team is made up of four areas: Clinical, Programmes, Research, and Student Wellbeing & Casework. The team is led by three Education Managers and supported by Education Coordinators across the teams.

We're looking for brilliant and proactive Education Administrators to support the administration and delivery of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes across the Faculty of Life Sciences. This is a fantastic opportunity for applicants who are keen to develop their skills and build a rewarding career within the new FLS Education Administration and Student Experience (EASE) team.



We're looking for organised and student-focused individuals to support our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes within the Faculty of Life Sciences. You'll play a key role in managing the academic cycle, from induction and timetabling to assessments and exam boards, while providing responsive support to students and staff. You'll work closely with academic leads to ensure smooth programme delivery and may also contribute to student engagement activities such as socials, field trips, and open days. There's also scope to support improvement projects using Excel and Power Apps, and to collaborate across the wider team when needed. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting students, we'd love to hear from you!



Key Responsibilities


Supporting admissions, enrolment, and timetabling

Supporting in person assessments and exam boards

Liaison with academics, external stakeholders and wider UCL

Responding to student and staff queries

Contribute to wider activities across the Programme and EASE Team and support other programmes as needed

Working Arrangements





This is a hybrid role. Flexibility is essential, as there will be peak periods, particularly around student-facing activities, when increased on-campus presence will be required.



We will consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible.

This is a dynamic and varied position where no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to work independently, plan your own workload, and make decisions, while being fully supported by your Education Coordinator and the wider team. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as the role involves a broad range of activities and can respond to rapidly changing priorities.
