We are currently seeking an experienced Education Administrator to join our Stockton centre on a

14-month fixed term contract

Job Purpose



As the Education Administrator, you will report to the Senior Management Team and act as the first point of contact for learners, ensuring they receive exceptional support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the centre, including compliance, course administration, logistics, and tutor coordination.

You may undertake a wide range of tasks from all of these areas.

Key areas

To act in accordance with Medipro's Policies and Procedures Welcome learners into the centre and process registration paperwork in good time. Manage the administration processes for all courses in the centre efficiently and in a timely manner following Medipro processes and awarding body requirements. Co-ordinate the logistics of the building, with relation to contractors, learner rest breaks, classroom allocation and any other visitors. Responsible for stock of stationary in the centre and purchasing equipment/other goods where required, including photocopier and basic IT equipment. Welcome and register learners upon arrival, processing all documentation efficiently. Prepare course and classroom documentation as per guidance. Monitor and report learner attendance; support tutor scheduling and marking allocations Assist MIS team with endpoint assessment planning and onboarding as required Communicate tutor travel and accommodation requirements to the HR Team Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. employers) regarding course dates and learner allocation Administer exams, assessments, and invigilation where required Manage learner documentation post-course Ensure all centre documentation is completed and stored in accordance with Medipro procedures. Maintain internal trackers and report on outstanding tasks weekly. Support with centre upkeep including noticeboards, whistleblowing box, and security. Log incidents with HR and ensure compliance with all statutory and mandatory training.

Essential



- Recent experience in administration

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong data entry and record-keeping with high attention to detail

- Excellent customer service and professional telephone manner

- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks independently

- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

- Level 3 administration qualification or equivalent experience

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well in a team

- Being able to solve problems and anticipate potential issues

- Experience of building relationships and working collaboratively with external organisations

Desirable



- Experience working with apprenticeship and learner programmes

- At least 1 years of experience in an educational or training environment

- Working knowledge of CMS/database systems

- Understanding of safeguarding and Prevent

- Willingness to undertake invigilator training

- Experience or knowledge of professional bodies

- Experience with Aptem or BUD learner operating systems
