As part of its mission, the Medical Membership Organisation conducts a range of examinations to assess and qualify professionals within the sector. About the Role:
As the Education Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Assessments Team, contributing to the operational delivery and results processing for key examinations. This role involves coordinating various examinations, including the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) and the Independent Prescribing. The position is dynamic and aligns with the examination cycle of the Medical Membership Organisation. Salary: \xc2\xa330,826 per annum Location: Central London Hybrid Responsibilities: Reporting to the Education Manager: Examinations, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Operational Delivery \xe2\x80\x93 OSCE and IP Examinations:

  • Responding to queries related to the OSCE and IP Exams.
  • Scheduling the OSCEs and IP Exams, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Acting as a key contact for Clinical Management Guideline distribution to IP Exam candidates.
  • Liaising with external providers to agree on practical arrangements.
Record Keeping:
  • Maintaining accurate and easily accessible records.
  • Ensuring Exam Boards and candidates receive the correct information.
  • Using the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s CRM platform for data manipulation while ensuring GDPR compliance.
Updating Process Documentation:
  • Keeping written and web-based guidance documents up-to-date.
  • Ensuring the Education pages of the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s website are current.
Communications:
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal colleagues and key stakeholders.
  • Assisting with Scheme for Registration work-based administration during busy periods.
The ideal candidate:
  • Experience in assessment/qualification organisation and delivery
  • Data management, analysis, and reporting, with excellent attention to detail
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Previous experience in the not-for-profit and/or education sectors
  • Familiarity with examinations and assessments
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or another database system
  • Support in the organisation and conduct of clinical or practical examinations
The normal working hours for the post will be 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday. However, the post holder will be required to work early/late during examination periods and have overnight stays away from home where appropriate.
