REMOTE Ehcp Coordinator role available!
Role: EHCP Coordinator
Salary: 275 per day
Job Type: Full time, Temporary, Remote
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting Primary Schools across the council (remotely)
Phase tranfer reviews and amends
Attending meetings for EHCP and any other relevant cases
Draft EHCPs
Supporting Parents with the EHCP processes

Who We Are Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 2 years experience within EHCP, SEND and Phase Transfers.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong case management and problem-solving ability
Resilience and empathy when working with complex cases
Proactive team player who values safeguarding and empowerment
