About the role
Hob Moor Oaks Primary Academy are looking to recruit an EHCP Administrator to work closely with the Headteacher, families and our admin team. This position is for 37 hours per week during the school term time, and is a permanent position.
You will be providing valuable administrative support to help to continue improving outcomes for all our children, this will include supporting the admin team with attendance.
You will effectively and efficiently provide administration and organisations of the ECHPs, while providing support to families and fulfilling the role of a key contact and link between the school, families and wider health and education professionals.
The job requirements
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, you will have the ability to take clear and accurate notes during fast paced meetings, as well as communicating with families, often explaining processes and ensuring they are kept up to date with all relevant information.
Confidentiality is going to play a key part within the role, understanding the importance of it and how to maintain confidentiality.
Some understanding of Special Education Needs process and systems within an educational settings surrounding the paperwork would be an advantage but it is not essential as full training and support will be provided for the successful candidate.
