The Vacancy
The Virtual School and Inclusion team are seeking to recruit on a permanent contract, a dynamic and person centred worker on an initial 18.5 hours per week contract.
The successful candidate will work within the Youth Justice Partnership to support, challenge, understand and remove the barriers to accessing education, employment and training for young people who are subject to youth justice intervention.
Working in line with the North Lincolnshire One Family Approach, your work will involve close partnership working and collaboration with education and social care partners and professionals.
Excellent communication skills are vital within this role as you will need to build strong relationships with our schools, colleges and providers. You will provide individualised support to young people and their families through a trauma informed lens and approach to enable these young people to overcome the barriers that prevent success in education, employment and training.
