Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Education Manager to oversee our international student-recruitment operations.
The ideal candidate will lead a growing team of counsellors and admissions staff, ensuring professional standards, compliance with UKVI and partner-university requirements, and exceptional service to students from overseas.

This role requires someone with strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities -- capable of managing partnerships, maintaining quality assurance, and driving performance in a fast-paced education environment.

Key Responsibilities

o? ?Lead and implement Crest Compass's international student-recruitment strategy in alignment with business goals and UKVI requirements.

o? ?Build and manage partnerships with UK universities, colleges, and pathway providers.

o? ?Oversee the counselling, admissions and compliance teams to ensure accurate and ethical student advice.

o? ?Ensure all admissions and visa processes comply with Home Office and institutional standards (e.g., CAS issuance, offer letters, and sponsorship rules).

o? ?Develop internal training programmes and monitor staff performance to maintain high service quality.

o? ?Prepare periodic reports on conversion rates, partnership performance, and market trends.

o? ?Represent Crest Compass at education fairs, university meetings, and international forums.

o? ?Manage departmental budgets and support strategic decision-making at senior level.

Required Qualifications & Experience

o? ?Master Degree or higher in any stream

o? ?Minimum 2 years' experience in international student recruitment, education consultancy, or university liaison management.

o? ?Strong knowledge of UK higher-education admissions, UKVI visa processes, and institutional compliance frameworks.

o? ?Proven ability to lead teams and build strategic partnerships.

o? ?Excellent communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity.

Pay: 34,900.00-43,900.00 per year
