ABOUT YOUNG GIANTS
At Young Giants, we believe that with the right support, every child can thrive in education--regardless of the barriers they face.
Founded and led by qualified teachers, Young Giants is a managed education service--not a tuition agency--delivering tailored, needs-based educational programmes for children who are temporarily out of school (alternative provision) or in need of supplementary support.
We work closely with learners, families, educators, and wider support teams (TAC/MDT), believing that collaboration is the key to success. Our approach is holistic, with a strong focus on re-engagement, accessibility, and intrinsic motivation. We design and deliver personalised education programmes that include home or community tuition, mentoring, courses, and qualifications.
We remain responsible for the management and quality of our education throughout a learner's time with us, continuously adapting our programmes to meet emerging learner/family needs and addressing potential barriers. Our goal is to ensure that every learner has a meaningful opportunity to thrive.
O
ur mission:

Young Giants is an incredibly positive and rewarding place to work.
Our educators and in-house team often tell us they feel truly supported, heard, and part of something meaningful. We take pride in our high staff retention and the strong relationships we've built across education, health, and social care. Most importantly, we witness the impact of our work every day.
