Job Title: Experienced Education Recruiter
Location: Brighton (Hybrid & Flexible Hours)
Salary: Up to 40,000 basic, plus uncapped commission - realistic Year-1 earnings of 60k+

What We're Looking For:

• Someone experienced in education recruitment - or a closely related field (e.g., sales in education, consultancy)
• Comfortable with cold outreach and new business development
• A driven, hard-working individual who isn't afraid to hustle and take ownership
• Someone who thrives in a flexible, hybrid working setup and embraces working both remotely and on-site
