We're looking for a caring, patient, and dedicated Education Rehab Assistant to join our team, supporting children with complex needs to reach their full potential.

About the Role:

As an Education Rehab Assistant, you'll work closely with children who may have physical disabilities, learning difficulties, sensory impairments, or neurological conditions.

Your role will focus on:

Supporting learning and development through structured activities Promoting independence and life skills Working alongside therapy and education plans Providing emotional reassurance and encouragement Building trusting relationships with children and their families
Hours:

Monday to Friday 25 hours per week Working in oneconsistent location
What we're looking for:

Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a SEN environment Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (care, education, or therapy settings) A calm, patient, and encouraging nature Excellent communication skills Commitment to providing consistency and building positive relationships Willingness to learn and follow therapy or education plans
