We're looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team, helping prospective learners explore our range of online IT certification courses and guiding them toward the right training pathway.
About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own pipeline of inbound leads, delivering a high-quality consultative sales experience, and achieving monthly sales targets. You'll play a key role in supporting learners through their decision-making process while promoting our portfolio of industry-recognised IT qualifications.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Managing inbound enquiries and following up with prospective learners.
Conducting consultative sales calls to understand learner needs and recommend suitable training pathways.
Working towards and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
Providing clear information on course content, funding options, assessments, and career opportunities.
Following structured sales processes and best practices to maximise conversion.
Supporting applicants throughout the sign-up process to ensure a smooth learner experience.
Providing feedback on lead quality, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you are confident speaking with learners, target-driven, and passionate about supporting people into IT careers.
Essential:
Proven experience in sales, telesales, recruitment, education sales, or similar.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
Confident working with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work at pace.
Interest in technology, digital skills, or professional development.
Desirable:
Experience selling education, training, or IT-related courses.
Knowledge of IT certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft.
