We aim to partner with institutions, governments, and stakeholders to drive meaningful change. As we scale, we are looking for a UK policy-regulated, knowledgeable speaker and strategic partner to work closely with the Director.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, policy-savvy education professional with excellent communication skills to lead our public engagement, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the strategic direction of our business. You will act as a key voice of the company, representing us in public forums, with regulators, and in key stakeholder meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the company's lead speaker and representative in conferences, panels, and education sector events.
Advise the Director on UK educational policy, regulatory trends, and compliance.
Build and manage relationships with government bodies, schools, universities, and education partners.
Develop white papers, policy briefings, and position statements aligned with UK education strategy.
Collaborate on product and service development to ensure alignment with education standards and market needs.
Support funding applications and tenders that require policy understanding and stakeholder assurance.
Lead stakeholder communications related to policy and impact reporting.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in UK education policy, government relations, or education consultancy.
Excellent public speaking, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Deep understanding of Ofsted, DfE, QAA, Ofqual, or other UK education regulators.
Strong writing, analytical, and research abilities.
Comfortable working in a startup environment and collaborating closely with senior leadership.
Master's degree or above in Education, Public Policy, or a related field (preferred).
