Cardiff (Office-based, 5 days a week)

Salary:

24,500-28,000 base + uncapped commission | 50,000 OTE

What You'll Do:

Join a 90-day structured training programme Learn from internal experts and external coaches Sell leading tech solutions to education institutions in the UK and beyond Build strong client relationships and uncover new opportunities Progress into senior roles as the business expands

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

No sales experience or degree required Strong communication and organisational skills Positive, proactive attitude and resilience Self-motivated and target driven A genuine interest in business development and tech An interest or knowledge in the education sector would be beneficial, but not essential 2 A Levels (or equivalent) preferred, but don't be put off it you don't have this
