Do you have a passion for supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We're seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Education Support Assistants to join our trusted network of professionals working within specialist schools across Walsall.
About the Role:
As a SEND Education Support Assistant, you'll work alongside teaching staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of learning needs. You'll play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages every child to thrive.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with SEND
• Assisting in delivering personalised learning plans
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional well-being
• Helping with mobility, personal care, and other physical needs when required
• Adapting classroom resources to support individual learning styles
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to ensure consistency in care

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
• A patient, understanding, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A genuine interest in supporting pupils with SEND
• Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training
