Role Overview:
As an Education Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide vital support to students with diverse learning needs in specialist settings, in Wolverhampton. Your role will be instrumental in helping create an inclusive, nurturing, and effective learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting individual and small groups of students with special educational needs.
• Assisting with the implementation of personalised learning plans.
• Promoting positive behavior and social development.
• Helping with personal care and mobility support where required.
• Supporting classroom activities and adapting resources to meet student needs.
• Liaising with teachers and other professionals to ensure consistent support.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience or interest in working with children with SEN.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Relevant qualifications or training is a plus but not essential.
