Job Description

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for supporting educational initiatives? Northampton Primary Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Education Team Administrator to join our team based at Blackthorn Primary School, with one day a week in the NPAT Central Team Office at Headlands Primary School.

This is a flexible position offering between 20 to 25 hours per week, term time only for 38 weeks per year, and is grade G, range 8 to 12.



As an Education Team Administrator, your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the efficient operation of the Education Team.

Key responsibilities include

:

- Providing high-quality administrative support to the Education Team to facilitate smooth operational activities.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, managing enquiries with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinating and scheduling events and meetings, ensuring all details are meticulously managed and communicated.
- Assisting in the administration of various educational programmes and facilitating the effective delivery of NPAT Work Plans for Education and School Improvement.
- Managing marketing campaigns for educational events, including content creation for social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess:


- Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish professional relationships with staff and external partners.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in event coordination and marketing activities is desirable.
