About the Role:
As our Education Welfare Officer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting good attendance and supporting the wellbeing of students across all Stamford Park Trust schools. You'll build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, families, and colleagues, working collaboratively to remove barriers to attendance and ensure every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside school staff, students, families, and external agencies to reduce student absence and improve attendance.
Lead on statutory action relating to non-attendance and education welfare, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Support schools in fulfilling their responsibilities for managing and improving attendance, providing expert advice and guidance.
Collaborate with the Executive Principal and attendance teams to respond to the welfare needs of students, helping them achieve the highest standards of education.

Stamford Park Trust Education Welfare Officer
36 hours a week, full year
Salary details: NJC Grade G points 23 (34,434 FTE) to 28 (39,152 FTE). Pay to be pro-rata to reflect TTO + 15 days.
