Job description


We are seeking to appoint a nurturing and dynamic individual who has a passion for supporting students with their attendance across the Seaford Learning Trust and the role will involve working with all schools in the Trust. Currently this is Seaford Head School and Chyngton Primary School. The successful candidate should have an excellent work ethic, have strong administrative skills and be a confident communicator. The job requires the successful candidate to be able to visit and support pupils who are struggling to attend school, and support each school\xe2\x80\x99s pastoral team with the paperwork surrounding pupil attendance. This unique opportunity provides an opportunity to devise and implement strategies to achieve and maintain good levels of school attendance across all schools within the Seaford Learning Trust, including assisting parents to fulfil their legal responsibilities in this respect so that children are able to receive an education appropriate to their age, aptitude and ability and any special educational needs they might have.
