We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Education Visits Coordinator & Office Administrator to join our team at ROC College. This is a vital role that ensures our learners benefit from safe, enriching off-site experiences, while also supporting the wider operational needs of our education service across Cornwall, Devon, Plymouth and Torbay.


About the role





As the Education Visits Coordinator & Office Administrator, you will take the lead on planning and managing educational visits, events and trips, while providing administrative support for staff and students across our locations. Your responsibilities will include:


Acting as the designated Educational Visits Coordinator (EVC) for ROC College Planning and coordinating external trips and events, ensuring compliance with health and safety, safeguarding and statutory guidance Completing and maintaining risk assessments, registers, permissions and emergency protocols Supporting staff and student onboarding, IT setup and record keeping Coordinating induction and training schedules, CPD events and digital learning resources Administering digital systems including Teams, Databridge and BKSB Supporting exams administration and general office tasks such as correspondence, ID cards and meeting notes


This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our college operations, working closely with the Office Manager and wider team.


We are looking for someone with:




GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above in English and Maths Experience in educational administration or coordination Knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment and health and safety in an educational context Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy Confidence using Microsoft 365 and education platforms such as Teams and Databridge Clear and effective communication skills The ability to build strong relationships with students, staff and external contacts A full driving licence and access to a vehicle


It would be an advantage if you have worked in a post-16 or specialist education setting, have training in educational visits coordination or are familiar with SEND funding requirements.
