Are you a caring and enthusiastic early years professional looking for a flexible role? My Little Boardroom, a small, privately owned nursery opening in Wokingham in October 2025, is seeking a passionate Part-Time Early Years Educator to join our team.

We're creating a nurturing, creative, and high-quality environment where children can flourish -- and we'd love for you to play a key role in shaping their learning journey.

Duties

Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Support children's learning through play, planned activities, and positive interactions. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers, supporting communication about their child's progress. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times. Contribute to maintaining accurate records of children's learning and development.

Skills

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or working towards). A genuine passion for working with young children. Knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding responsibilities. Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude. Ability to adapt and be flexible within a dynamic nursery environment.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
