Nurse Educator

to join our team and lead the development of clinical excellence across our complex care services.

About the Role

As a Nurse Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the professional development of our care teams and external people through our training academy. You will deliver training programs and ensure that our care practices reflect the latest evidence-based standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver clinical education programs tailored to complex care needs Support onboarding and continuous professional development of nursing, care staff and external people. Promote best practices in areas such as long-term conditions, neurological care, spinal care and palliative support Collaborate with clinical lead to identify training needs and quality improvement opportunities Act as a role model and mentor, fostering a culture of learning and reflective practice

What We're Looking For

Registered Nurse (NMC) with significant experience in complex care Teaching or mentorship qualification (e.g., PGCert, Practice Assessor) Strong communication and leadership skills Passion for education, quality improvement, and person-centred care Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
