We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Guide to join our team at our Abergavenny store. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, provide expert advice on EE products and services, and build lasting customer relationships that drive both satisfaction and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EE products and services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
Maintain up-to-date product and service knowledge
Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer service or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment
Interest in mobile technology (training provided)
Target-driven, positive, and eager to learn
Salary & Benefits
30,000 OTE based on a 37.5-hour workweek
