We are looking for an experienced EFACS programmer to work with the operations and finance departments to provide a clear data structure and reporting across the business, to train and support departments in the use of EFAC's and to provide and give guidance on each module and the correct method of use. To develop reports in conjunction with departments.

You must be able to demonstrate:



Experience in managing and programming EFACS in a similar complex manufacturing environment

Writing bespoke code in EFACS

Be able to lead a group through a process of change management

Experience in change control

Experience in change roll out and planning

Some level of project management ability to control any requests, their progress and priorities

Combined with this experience, it is essential that you possess:



Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly EFACS, and the MRP module.

Experience with SQL, databases and data analysis tools

The ability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes and develop effective solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain management and inventory control

Experience with managing small projects such as system implementation

Work with teams to map company processes and align with EFACS.

Up to date relationship with Excel/personnel at Excel. (This is regarding understanding 'Bugs' 'Upgrades' etc)

Key responsibilities



Investigating and resolving issues within EFACS MRP system, including data, discrepancies, system errors and user-reported problems

Configuring the MRP module to align with specific business requirements, including setting up parameters, defining workflows and managing data

Providing training and guidance to users on how to effectively utilize the EFACS MRP system, ensuring they understand its functionalities and best practices

Lead a team to review and advise on best practice / change of use for business enhancement.

Assisting with system updates, patches and upgrades, ensuring the system remains functional and secure

Maintaining data integrity within the MRP system, including data entry, validation and quality assurance checks

Working closely with other IT teams, manufacturing personnel and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the MRP system with other business processes

Creating and maintaining documentation related to the EFACS MRP system, including user guides, technical specifications and troubleshooting procedures
