EFB Analyst





You will be part of a small, but highly efficient EFB team, supporting the three easyJet AOCs. The team provides operational oversight, governance and support for operational device hardware, applications, security and configuration, applicable regulatory compliance, supervision, distribution and control of manuals, and continuous improvement.

This role will report into the Flight Operations Manager - EFB and Digital, who will provide strategic direction and oversight. For day to day operational support and escalation, the role will work closely and link in with the Senior EFB Analyst. This role will need key relationships with the Technology Manager - Operations, EFB application SMEs and manual authors, third party suppliers, Cabin Operations Manager - Cabin Crew Devices, Training department, Engineering alongside various other easyJet departments.



What You'll Be Doing





You will support and maintain an effective EFB and iPad administrative system, managing all related hardware, peripherals, and asset management processes.



You will manage change processes to ensure best practices are followed, resolve end-user issues by monitoring ASRs in SafetyNet and ITSD, and document processes for publication in the FOSM. Additionally, you will author training materials, user guides, test scripts, and procedural documentation, as well as coordinate changes to EFB procedures.



Ensuring compliance through regular inventory and software audits will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will take technical ownership of EFB applications as delegated, which includes coordinating and performing user acceptance testing, liaising with suppliers to ensure efficient service delivery, creating application roadmaps, and communicating developments and enhancements to stakeholders.



Building and fostering close working relationships across easyJet departments is essential, alongside maintaining feedback logs for hardware and applications. You will also coordinate project delivery and operational trials in line with change management procedures, and drive the continuous improvement of EFB applications and systems.

Requirements of the Role

What You'll Need





Knowledge and practical experience of Flight Operations applications and systems Strong background in logistics and/or operations, with a clear understanding of operational processes and requirements Demonstrable experience managing iPadOS and iPad platforms Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills Decisive and analytical, with close attention to detail. Proactive and resilient, able to prioritise and manage workload to tight deadlines Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills Ability to build relationships at all levels High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel across the network

Location & Hours of Work





This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with hybrid working (3 days per week in the office). Business travel may be required.
