We are a large diversified Group with head office in Muscat, Oman. Our Oil and Gas division - a leading provider of specialized logistics services in the Oil & Gas sector is looking for a forward thinking

EFFICIENCY AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFORMATION MANAGER

to lead initiatives that optimize operations and introduce innovative technologies.

The ideal candidate will act as a change agent, driving continuous improvement, fostering cross functional collaboration and ensuring the alignment of technological strategies with business goals.

Qualifications and minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology or a related filed Masters degree or professional certifications

Experience:

5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or process improvement roles; Proven track record in leading technology transformation and efficiency projects

Attributes:

Strategic thinker with the ability to foresee and address operational challenges; Highly adaptable to change and capable of working in a fast paced environment; Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full time on-site job at our Head Office located in Muscat, Oman
