About the role

SEND, education coordination, or learner support
who's motivated by seeing young people grow in confidence and capability.
About you
You'll be the kind of person who loves keeping things organised, building trust with others, and making sure no detail slips through the cracks. You're confident, compassionate, and understand the power of communication and teamwork.
You'll need:
Experience coordinating or supporting
EHCP reviews
A solid understanding of the
SEND Code of Practice
Experience working directly with
young people with SEND
Excellent organisational and time management skills
