Your Role
As an EHCP Coordinator you will manage a caseload of children and young people aged 025 with SEND, supporting them through the EHCP process. This includes building trusted relationships with families and professionals, ensuring clear communication, and meeting statutory timescales. You'll draft and review outcome-focused EHCPs using input from education, health, and care professionals. Your work will reflect the aspirations and strengths of each child, preparing them for adulthood. You'll advise on educational options and placements, consult with providers, and ensure the child's and family's views are central to planning and reviews through a collaborative, holistic approach.
