About the Role
------------------
We're looking for a creative and proactive E-Learning Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping high-quality digital learning experiences for our clients. Working closely with the Learning and Development Manager and the implementation team, you'll design and build interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360, focused on helping clients successfully implement and get the most from our software. These resources will form part of our new Cezanne Academy, delivered via our LMS platform, and will support a refreshed approach to client onboarding and knowledge transfer.
You'll work closely with the Implementation Team to understand client workflows and challenges, translating these into practical, interactive learning content that drives product adoption and long-term success. While your primary focus will be on client-facing materials, there's also potential to repurpose content for internal training, and support with updates to our written knowledge base. This is a hands-on role in a growing learning function, offering the opportunity to shape content strategy and make a real impact on how we support and enable our users.
Key Responsibilities

Design and build e-learning resources that work for both external clients and internal teams, in partnership with the Learning and Development Manager
Write engaging, learner-friendly voiceover scripts and record high-quality audio for video-based training content
Explore and implement a variety of instructional formats-such as step-by-step guides, interactive modules, videos, and other creative approaches-to suit different learning needs
Working with subject matter experts at the business to develop your own knowledge of our software and translate this into effective, engaging content
Help maintain and develop the use of our LMS for clients
Monitor the effectiveness of training programmes and be willing to make adjustments and changes where needed
Keep up to date with product changes and make timely updates to existing training materials
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in digital learning
Key Skills & Attributes

You don't need to tick every box, but the following skills and experiences would be a plus:
Experience designing and/or developing digital learning content
A background in education, L&D, HR or another related field
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to write clear, engaging voiceover scripts and record good-quality audio for training videos
Knowledge of e-learning tools (we currently use Articulate 360 and Canva)
Video editing skills
Graphic design experience
Experience working with SaaS and/or HR systems
Experience managing LMS Platforms
A self-starter who can take initiative and actively looks for projects they want to drive forward
You are comfortable working in a remote environment
You have the ability to collaborate effectively
You know when to reach out and are not afraid to ask questions
You are able to manage your own time
