Are you an experienced business development professional with deep connections in the E-Learning space?
We're hiring a Business Development Manager to focus exclusively on selling development and art outsourcing services to organisations in the E-Learning industry. This is a strategic, hands-on role ideal for someone who already has a strong network and wants to shape how a growing team approaches this sector.
The Opportunity
Youll report into the Director of Sales and work closely with both commercial and production teams. Your focus will be on identifying new commercial opportunities within the E-Learning space, building trusted relationships with decision-makers, and creating scalable workflows for sales success. Youll be a key voice in shaping this vertical from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver the go-to-market strategy for art and development services within the E-Learning sector
Build a qualified pipeline through your existing industry network and targeted outreach
Create and optimise workflows and sales processes for this niche vertical
Work cross-functionally with internal production teams to ensure accurate scoping and project success
Stay informed on E-Learning industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts
Present tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business
What Youll Need
Proven track record in business development or sales within the E-Learning industry
Established relationships with stakeholders in key E-Learning companies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead sales strategy
A good understanding of outsourcing in the context of development and art production
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable taking initiative and working both independently and as part of a wider team
Nice to Have
Experience working with or selling into creative production teams
Degree in a relevant field such as business, design, or technology
Previous involvement in setting up or refining commercial workflows
