Elective Home Education Assistant Officer | 9018 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | 31,537 to 33,699 per annum | Grade G | Norfolk

We are seeking two additional passionate education professionals, ideally with a teaching qualification, to join our

Services to Home Educators

team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative and supportive service that makes a real difference to home educating families and children across Norfolk.



About the Role



You will support the team in fulfilling Norfolk County Council's elective home education responsibilities. Main aspects of your role will include:


Conducting home visits to provides families with tailored information, advice and guidance. Managing a caseload of families. Request, receive and review information about home education.

You'll collaborate with a wide range of professionals including:


Education colleagues Families and schools Partner agencies and other Local Authorities

Together, we work to ensure children receive a suitable and supportive education at home.
