Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting the right electric bike based on their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed product information and advice to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare bicycles for sale, servicing, diagnostics and repair.
Opportunity to grow expertise over time with our continuous learning policy.
Taking an active role in our social presence and our community led initiatives.
Process orders and manage the sales system efficiently.
Ensure the store is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Stay updated with the latest products and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably in the bicycle or related industry.
Strong technical knowledge of bicycles and electric bikes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Basic IT skills for processing orders and managing stock.
Passion for cycling and sustainability is a plus.
