We're a leading kids electric bike company based in Chobham, dedicated to providing innovative and fun solutions for young riders. Our main objective is to design and supply high quality kids electric motorbikes and balance bikes at an affordable prices whilst bringing the FUN aspect to learning. As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

As office admin & customer service support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers while supporting with the administrative functions of our business.

Your Key responsibilities will include:



Customer Enquiries and Warranty Management:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels. Assist customers with warranty claims and product-related questions, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Phone Handling:

Manage incoming calls, providing friendly and efficient assistance to callers.

Invoicing:

Create and send invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain organized records of invoicing and payment transactions.

Order Handling:

Printing off of orders and booking in couriers.

Job Requirements:


Previous experience in customer service and administration is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Hours


Monday - Friday (in the Chobham office)
9am - 5pm
