Great Yarmouth - Electrical Contract Manager

The role:
The role available is for an Electrical Contract Manager to lead our Domestic Electrical contracts, comprising predominantly of solar PV, electrical testing and rewires.
Based at our Great Yarmouth Office, holding responsibility as the NIC/EIC qualifying Supervisor.
Our vision is to expand the already thriving Domestic Electrical Business in the Eastern Region and the candidate will be responsible for the growth of this sector.
The Duties (including but not limited to)
Manage an existing team of directly employed, Administrators, Engineers and Subcontractors to maximise profitability, quality and teamwork.
Oversee the Specialist Subcontractor Service and Repair Works
Manage, motivate and lead a team
Maximise Profitability
Prepare finance applications for each contract
Monitor existing contracts looking at KPI's, Performance, Quality, Contract Compliance and H&S.
Audit Electrical Certificates
Formulate and strengthen existing relationships with clients.
Manage Electrical compliance within the branch.
Negotiate, renew and review contracts as required.
Attend and lead consistent Toolbox Talks
Attend regular contract meetings with various clients and ensure customer satisfaction
You will have: Ambition and drive, with excellent interpersonal skills and strong leadership mentality. You have previous experience of working on Electrical Social Housing Contracts and have some knowledge and understanding of working in the Eastern area. You will have previous experience of surveying and quoting and be comfortable managing remote engineers.
You must have:
You will have solid experience, up-to-date Electrical qualification (including 2391 / 2400) previous proven management experience and sound understanding of Health and Safety.
Preferred - solar PV qualification
