About the Role
You will work throughout the UK, covering different shifts as required to suit the needs of our clients.
We're looking for a skilled Electrical Catering Engineer to join our growing service and maintenance team. You'll be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial catering equipment across a range of client sites -- from restaurants and hotels to schools and corporate kitchens.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive engineer who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out
diagnosis, repair, and maintenance
on commercial catering equipment (electrical focus). Performinstallations, testing, and commissioning
of new catering appliances. Work safely and in accordance with relevanthealth and safety regulations
. Provideexcellent customer service
on-site and ensure jobs are completed efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work completed using company systems. Participate in anon-call rota
(where applicable).Requirements
? Proven experience as a
Catering Engineer
orElectrical Service Engineer
(commercial catering preferred).? Strong understanding of
electrical systems
and fault-finding.? City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
?
17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations
certification.? Full UK driving licence.
? Gas Safe (COMCAT 1-5) certification desirable -- but not essential; training can be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
