Camden and Hertford
. You'll manage electricians, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver high-quality service in line with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day delivery of electrical testing, remedial works, and planned maintenance programmes.
Oversee compliance with BS7671 and NICEIC.
Supervise and support electricians and subcontractors.
Plan, monitor, and report on progress, budgets, and productivity.
Ensure EICRs, repairs, and installations are completed on time and to specification.
Liaise with clients, residents, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships.
Conduct quality audits and technical inspections.
Manage materials, vehicles, and resource allocation efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Contract Manager within
social housing
.
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
2391 (Testing & Inspection) or equivalent desirable.
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Full UK Driving Licence
Clean DBS.
