Due to expansion, we are looking for a Contracts/Project Manager to join our growing Electrical Contracting company.

At Power & Control Ltd, we specialise in all aspects of electrical works ranging from - Domestic, Commercial & industrial projects, Renewable energy consisting of Solar PV, Battery Storage & EV Charge Points.

Job description

Your duties as Contracts/Project Manager, will be as follows:

Plan, implement and deliver projects according to programme, budget and quality. Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion. Responsible for project costs and variation accounts. Diary management. Ability to manage a wide range of projects, including small works, large sites, renewable projects (training will be provided). Be able to manage both labour and material spend. Be able to liaise with client and designers at design and contract meetings. Offer technical support to both the client and the engineering team (training will be provided). If required, manual on site work to help move projects forward. Estimating/Tendering.

Experience/Requirements

Suitable applicants will have worked in a Contracts/Project Manager role previously. Qualified Electrician with at least 10 years experience. Experience as a Contracts Manager is crucial. Excellent organisation skills. Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal. Good I.T skills. The ability to form good relationships with clients. A positive & proactive approach to tasks.

Salary

43-50k dependant on experience This is to be reviewed upon completion of successful probationary period. Yearly bonus. Company Car/Van. Company Pension.
