Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled

Electrical Engineer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the

laundry industry

, with a solid background in electrical systems, diagnostics, and repair of industrial laundry machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair electrical faults in industrial washing machines, dryers, and finishing equipment Perform installations and electrical commissioning of new and used machines Carry out regular maintenance and testing to ensure safe operation Assist with refurbishing machinery at our workshop Provide technical support to customers and colleagues Travel to customer sites as required (company vehicle provided)

Requirements:

Proven experience as an electrical engineer or technician

Previous experience in the laundry industry is highly desirable

Strong knowledge of control panels, PLC systems, sensors, motors, and wiring Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics Full UK driving licence Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 12.50-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37 per week
