This role as an Electrical Engineer is based across sites in Croydon, focusing on planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works raised via the helpdesk.
The site is a new addition to the Westfield contract and offers a positive team environment with opportunities for additional training such as IPAF and PASMA.

The position operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, consisting of four 12-hour shifts with a half-hour unpaid lunch break, followed by four days off. There is also a call-out rota in place.
The role includes 20 days of holiday plus the return of any public holidays worked.
Key tasks include emergency lighting tests, battery changes for the generator, and upgrading or repairing lighting fixtures, switches, and sockets.
Occasionally, general building maintenance tasks such as tap repairs, flooring, and tiling may also be required.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical PPM, reactive and proactive maintenance within agreed timeframes
Deliver additional building services tasks including fabric, HVAC and mechanical support
Participate in callout rota and provide timely response to client issues
Monitor and control contractors, issue Permits to Work, and ensure compliance with standards
Maintain performance and condition of electrical systems and surrounding areas
Liaise proactively with clients, addressing issues or escalating as required
Complete all required documentation and maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience completing electrical repairs in commercial or FM environments
Fully qualified electrician with 18th Edition and C&G/NVQ in Electrical Installations
Proactive approach to maintenance and fault resolution
Strong understanding of electrical compliance and safety standards
Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Desirable: IPAF and PASMA certifications for working at height
