Hanover Systems Limited are looking to recruit additional personnel.

Hanover Systems Ltd is based in Bangor, Co Down. We are an innovative company specialising in power distribution, total building control and energy efficiency Solutions.

Experienced Workshop Operative (Electrical Panel Fitter)

Assembly of Switchgear, Control Panels and Distribution Equipment, to include: Assembly of Steelwork, Positioning/mounting of components, copper work; including mounting of busbars, cutting, bending and punching, Installation of mains and control wiring including metering. .

Follow all Health and Safety measures as detailed in the Health and Safety Policy / Manual

Site work: Carry out site work when required, sometimes outside of normal working hours

Work as part of a team

Assist in training and development of apprentices/trainees

Essential criteria

Must have a least 12 months experience working within the electrical panel building industry

Full driving license

Be able to work additional hours at short notice

Able to read and interpret electrical drawings

Must have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You must also have good communication skills.

Desirable criteria

ONC or higher, in electrical engineering

Hours of Work

Monday-Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm

Friday 7.00am to 1.00pm

Hourly Rate

Will depend on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
