Overview:

A well-established facilities maintenance provider is seeking a skilled

Mobile Commercial Maintenance Electrician

to join their team. This role involves delivering high-quality maintenance, installation, and repair of electrical systems across commercial and industrial sites in the North West and Midlands regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out routine maintenance and servicing of electrical systems, including lighting, emergency systems, and power distribution. Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and safely. Install new systems in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Complete detailed inspections and provide reports on electrical system performance and condition. Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used. Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships. Always adhere to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., C&G 2365, AM2, C&G 2391, 18th Edition). Solid experience in the maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial electrical systems. Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to work independently. Full UK driving licence. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Willingness to travel across various sites as required.

Desirable:

Experience with HVAC systems and planned maintenance routines. Knowledge of electrical health and safety regulations. Familiarity with facilities management software.

Pay: 38,000.00-46,039.00 per year
