Job Overview

We are looking for reliable multi-skilled engineer experienced in Electrical Maintenance Engineer reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager. The ability to work unsupervised whilst maintaining adherence to Health & Safety procedures and Environmental regulatory requirements is important. To assist with implementation of PPM Maintenance Program.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our product offerings.

Duties

Undertaking of planned preventative maintenance to schedules a Carrying out repairs as necessary during planned maintenance. Maintaining documentation of completed work. Liaising with suppliers, both internal and external. Adhering and promoting the Company's Health, Safety & Environment Policies and practices. Improvement of equipment/ machine reliability and efficiency. Identifying Root Cause and Corrective Action. Ability to contain and evaluate non-conformity. Familiar with both the running of and development of Process Control/ engineering systems. Ensure Company policies and procedures are complied with at all times. H&S Policy and Procedure, satisfy requirements for legal compliance. Supporting planned preventative maintenance on an agreed basis. Participate as a member of the team, with full involvement in successful delivery of defined best practice and the sites/business objectives.

Requirements

Site based PPM and diagnostic repairs to induction furnaces, crushing equipment, conveyors, and degreasing plant. Practical Mechanical / Electrical hands-on skills Working within a small engineering team, must be flexible, committed, and prepared to assist other disciplines Engineering Apprenticeship NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in relevant discipline or NVQ/Diploma Level 2 plus industrial experience Electrical Engineering: 3 years (Preferred) High Voltage trained (Desirable) You must live within a

30-minute commute

of our facility at Sheffield, S6 2FU.
