1314 Electrical Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong commercial awareness, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to oversee electrical project costs from tendering through to final accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate electrical estimates for a range of commercial and industrial projects Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents Prepare bills of quantities, cost plans, and take-offs Manage project cost control including variations, valuations, and final accounts Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Support project teams with commercial and contractual guidance Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures

Requirements

Proven experience in electrical estimating and electrical quantity surveying Strong understanding of electrical installations, materials, and labour requirements Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Excellent numeracy, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence
