Salary: xc2xa340,000 - xc2xa355,000 (DOE)Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator looking for a new opportunity? I am working with a well-established commercial interiors company that is seeking a skilled professional to join their team. This is a fully office-based role located on the outskirts of Sheffield, easily accessible by public transport from the city centre. The company works on a variety of projects, ranging from minor works (xc2xa3200) to large-scale contracts (xc2xa31M) for major clients, including Cleggs Construction (xc2xa3100M+ turnover), AMEY (xc2xa32.8B+ turnover), and CBRE (xc2xa330B+ turnover).The ideal candidate will be a qualified electrician with experience in electrical estimating and must be located within a one-hour commute of Sheffield.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate electrical cost estimates for projects of varying sizes and complexity.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to produce competitive quotations.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and design teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Present detailed proposals to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent).
• Experience in Electrical Estimating xe2x80x93 ideally within commercial and industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation methods, materials, and costs.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical specifications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and clients.
• Must be located within a one-hour commute of Sheffield.
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tenders.
