Job Description

Marble M&E Group is a multi-discipline Mechanical and Electrical contractor delivering electrical, mechanical, fire & security and renewable services across the South. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Facilities Engineer to maintain and support electrical systems within predominantly fixed commercial sites.

The Role

Maintain, fault-find and repair commercial electrical systems Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works Undertake testing, inspection and remedial works Work on distribution boards, lighting, emergency lighting, small power and containment Liaise with facilities managers, site teams and contractors Complete job reports, certification and compliance documentation Ensure all works meet current regulations and site safety requirements

Essential Experience (All Required)

Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial electrical / facilities environments Strong fault-finding and maintenance background Experience working in live commercial buildings Competent with PPM schedules and reactive maintenance Testing & inspection experience (EICRs, minor works, remedials) Ability to read drawings and schematics Organised, methodical and safety-focused

Required Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation 18th Edition Wiring Regulations 2391 or equivalent Testing & Inspection qualification Full UK driving licence Good communication and time-management skills
