We have an exciting opportunity for

Electrical Fitter / Auto Electricians

to join our friendly and welcoming team based

at our Vehicle Conversion Centre in Ashby on a

permanant contract

You will be working with innovative, like-minded people in a welcoming and supportive environment.

In the role of

Electrical Fitter

, you would be responsible for the installation and commissioning of in-vehicle electrical and electronic systems, and other associated equipment. Knowledge and experience of electrical installation and/or assembly is an essential requirement for this role.

The role will be varied in line with our wide-ranging customer base and will include working on new commercial vehicles, cars and 4 x 4's, covering ICE, electric, and hybrid models.

The successful Auto Electrician should have the following skills/experience:

a varied background in electrical installation and/or assembly - ideally including 12V, 24V, 110V and/or 230V systems the ability to read and interpret electrical systems and wiring diagrams be experienced in using electrical engineering/workshop tools including crimping etc. effective team working skills, ensuring quality and output targets are consistently achieve effective written and verbal communication
Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 7.30-16:00 and Friday 7.30-12.30

Overtime available

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.70-15.70 per hour
