Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and proficiency in various software tools. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Work alongside project delivery teams to provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in the design and analysis of electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Support designers and consultants in developing schematics, drawings, technical documentation, and review issued information for accuracy and completeness. Assist in preparing project proposals, tenders, and technical reviews of supply chain quotations. Ensure design and installations comply with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations. Collaborate and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including mechanical, civil, and structural engineers. Participate in site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities as required. Stay informed of emerging technologies, regulations, and industry trends to support continuous improvement. Take an active role in electrical safety and quality assurance throughout design and installation stages. Contribute to risk and opportunity assessments from a technical perspective.

Requirements

A degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (or nearing completion). Strong technical aptitude with a desire to develop a career in building services and project delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams. A proactive and organised approach to problem-solving and technical challenges. Willingness to undertake site-based work as part of project delivery.

Pay: 23,000.00-26,000.00 per year
