The Role

We're looking for a motivated Electrical Improver to support our qualified electricians on a variety of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

Assist with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. Carry out basic wiring, containment, and cable pulling under supervision. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Maintain tools and equipment. Work as part of a team to deliver projects on time.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as an electrical improver or similar role. Basic electrical knowledge and practical skills. ECS card (or willingness to obtain). Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.

Desirable Skills

Experience in commercial or industrial environments. Additional certifications (e.g., IPAF, PASMA). Being able to read drawings and work on your own to them would be desirable.
